Season Dates: January 12 – March 2, 2026
Our Volleyball Program is for 2nd – 12th grade (Winter 2025).
Freshman and Sophomore divisions co-ed: maximum one boy per team
Junior and Senior divisions will not have boys
This is a parent volunteer coach program. Please consider volunteering to coach your child’s team. You can register when you register your child! Register as a coach or assistant coach - co-coaching with another parent is welcome. Coaches must be 21 yrs old or older and pass a yearly background check

*If you need to add a few players to your team, contact the Volleyball Commissioner.
There will be 8 practices and 6 games with a playoff game for top teams.
Possible Practice Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday(specific day assigned)
Game Days: Thursday or Friday between 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (occasional Wednesday if needed)
Games and Practices will take place at either:
The Den Sports Facility (17120 House & Hahl Rd, Cypress, TX 77433) OR
CFISD Middle School Gyms (TBD)

* A player may play up one grade, but they cannot play down a grade

To register, you must be available for all scheduled practice days. Please note CFSA cannot guarantee approval of requests regarding days that you can practice. Practices days/times are up to your parent volunteer coach. Also, please understand if you register for other sports offered by CFSA there could be schedule conflicts.
TARGET SEASON DATES:
Regular Registration: October 13 - November 13, 2025
Late Registration: November 14 - November 15, 2025 (waitlist only; full refund if no spot is available)
January 9, 2026 - Coaches Clinic: 6:00-7:30 PM (location TBD)
Schedules released late December - early January
Week of January 12, 2026 – Practices begin (2 practices the first week)
Week of January 19, 2026 – Games begin (1 practice, 1 game per week)
Week of March 2, 2026 – Season concludes with playoffs of top teams
NOTIFICATION OF TEAM ASSIGNMENT: After registration closes, teams will be formed, and coaches assigned. Teams consist of 7-9 players. Once the coaches’ background checks have been completed, rosters will be released to your player’s coach who will reach out to you via e-mail, so please watch the e-mail listed in your child’s profile.
FRIEND/COACH REQUEST: You can request a friend or coach, but CFSA cannot guarantee placement. We cannot guarantee team placement if you have specific days you can only practice or attend games.
COACHES REGISTRATION: Please consider volunteering to coach or help coach your child’s team! You can register as a Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager at the same time you register your child! CFSA is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization. Everyone from the President of our board, board members, commissioners, coaches and team contacts all voluntarily give of their time to ensure that our players have a great experience. Professional training provided for parent Volunteer Coaches and Players through our partners at Resilient Volleyball Club. We allow people to co-coach with someone else if that option fits your schedule better. Coaches must be adults(21 yrs old or older) and pass a yearly background check to ensure the safety of our players.
UNIFORMS: Team T-shirts will be provided. Parents provide black shorts, knee pads, socks and court shoes.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: Freshman/Sophomores: Volley Lite Ball. Juniors/Seniors: Regulation Ball
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please review the Refund Policy prior to registering. The last day to request a refund minus a $50 admin fee (for any reason) is the end of regular registration which is November13, 2025 (end of regular registration).
