As of July 18, 2016 all individuals that use Cy-Fair Sports Association computers and/or electronic devices, or need access to CFSA's Sports Management System and Web Access as part of their volunteer roles within the association will be required to read the new policies listed below. Once all documents have been read, that individual will be required to complete the End User Agreement Form and submit their form to itsupport@cy-fairsports.org
