Cy-Fair Sports Association (CFSA) and Albion Hurricanes FC (AHFC) have teamed up to bring the Cy-Fair community a one-of-a-kind, local soccer program for
Boys & Girls Birth Years 2020-2015
*Teams are single gender, NOT co-ed
Difference between the Jr. Hurricanes & other recreational soccer programs:
SPRING PROGRAM BASICS:
- Practices and Games will be held at Schiel Road Sports Complex, 22515 Schiel Rd., Cypress, TX 77433
Tuesday Practices - times by division group (see chart below)
Sunday Game Times: 1:00pm, 2:15pm, 3:30pm & 4:45pm. Schedules to be published February 20th once teams have been formed.
- Age groups are determined by player age between:

February 18 – 3rd Training Session (1st Training Session as TEAMS and Uniforms Distributed)
February 20 - Full game schedule finalized and distributed.
February 23 – 1st Game
March 10-14 Spring Break (No practice March 4 or March 11 and no games March 9 or 16)
April 20 - Easter (No practice on April 15 and no game on April 20)
May 4 – Final Game
COMPLETE TRAINING SCHEDULE:
TRAINING DATES: February 4, 11, 18, 25; March 18, 25; April 1, 8, 22, 29
GAME DATES: February 23; March 2, 23, 30; April 6,13, 27; May 4
FRIEND/COACH REQUEST:
Age U5 – U6 – 7 players per team (6 Friend requests)
Age U7 – U8 – 9 players per team (8 Friend requests)
Age U10 – U10 – 11 players per team (10 Friend requests)
Friend requests must be made at registration in the player request section and reciprocated by all parties. If friend requests include players in different age groups (e.g. U7-78 & U9-10) younger players would need to play up, we do not allow older players to play down an age group.
UNIFORMS: Included in the coast is a Blue and White jersey, shorts and socks. The size you select during registration is what you will be given at the 3rd practice.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: Soccer cleats (NO metal cleats) and shin guards. Size 4 soccer ball (please write your name on it!), water, bug spray and sunscreen to the training sessions and Sunday games.
COMMUNICATION: Please make sure the email you use to register your child (the email in your child's profile) is current and that you have not "unsubscribed" from emails from CFSA. This is our primary method of communicating schedules, team placement, etc.
OTHER INFORMATION: VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED!!
Games are coached on field, refereed, and overseen by Jr. Hurricanes staff. However, we require volunteers to help substitute players in, give equal playing time to each player and to be a positive influence on the sidelines. We need a minimum of TWO VOLUNTEERS PER TEAM. If you are interested in volunteering, please register (no cost) as a volunteer when registering your child! (Or please note in the player notes section that you would like to help your child's team).

REFUND POLICY: Cy-Fair Sports Association will issue a refund a $50 administrative fee any time prior to the close of regular registration (February 3, 2025) if you complete the online Refund Request (https://www.cy- fairsports.org/Registration/Refunds).
